What we expect
ProChair is a professional platform. Operate like one.
- Maintain any licenses your jurisdiction requires (cosmetology, esthetics, massage, med spa, etc.)
- Keep posted prices accurate; honor the booking you confirmed
- Show up for appointments you accept
- Handle client data with care — no sharing, selling, or misuse
- Treat clients and fellow pros with respect
What’s prohibited
- Offering services you’re not licensed to perform
- Fraudulent listings, fake reviews, manipulating ratings
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination in any form
- Illegal services, including any sexual services
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading our API beyond published limits
- Impersonating another pro or business
- Using ProChair to market unrelated businesses or multi-level marketing
Enforcement
Violations result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity. Serious violations (licensing fraud, harassment, illegal activity) are immediate bans and reported to the appropriate authorities.
